Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

How to Request a Return

Please WhatsApp us at 07476 234814 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return process.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
